If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery via Instagram DM @shopyuri with a photo of the item and your order details.
We will work with you to make it right — replacement or refund depending on the situation. Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible for return.
Due to the small-batch nature of our shop, all sales are generally final. We do not accept returns for change of mind only if your product is requested for a refund within 24 hours we will happily give you a refund contact us asap.
Digital downloads and files are non-refundable once delivered. Commission payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
By purchasing from ShopYuri you agree to these terms. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Given this is a small shop depending where your ordering from it can take anywhere from 2-3 days to a week to receive your order please be patient and thank you!
All physical products are shipped from our location. Digital products are delivered electronically. Product photos are as accurate as possible but slight color variations may occur.
All original artwork remains the property of the artist. Purchasing a piece does not transfer copyright. You may not reproduce, resell, or use the artwork commercially without written permission.
We keep this simple: we collect as little as possible. We do not store your payment information — Stripe and PayPal handle this entirely on their secure servers. We only access your shipping address to fulfill your order.
